The Daning pedestrian bridge project in Shuikou Town is one of the key transportation projects and people's livelihood projects in Kaiping City. The construction was implemented by the Kaiping Highway Affairs Center of Jiangmen City. The construction officially started in May 2020 and is now open to use.The flyover is located on the cross-border highway 325 on the section of Shuikou Passenger Transport Station. There are 3 entrances and exits of the stairway, with different slopes for pedestrians or trolleys. The stairway on the north side is located at the intersection of Daning Road, close to Shuikou No. 2 Middle School; the two stairways on the south side connect to Shengbao Plaza. The main body of the flyover uses a continuous steel box girder structure with a length of 39 meters and a width of 3.5 meters. The opening of the pedestrian bridge can effectively realize the diversion of pedestrians and vehicles on this section of the national highway, and provide a safe and convenient passage for the surrounding people and students to travel.
