On September 28, the preliminary competition of the Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition of the 4th Jiangmen "Professional enthusiasm Wuyi" Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition was held at the Kaiping Cultural and Tourism Entrepreneurship Incubation Base. 142 participating projects received on-site evaluation by expert judges, and 24 projects will advance to the semifinals.

The 4th Jiangmen City "Professional enthusiasm Wuyi" Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition is based on the theme of the overseas Chinese hometown, and the world is "created by me". It has attracted a total of 229 entries and attracted a large number of outstanding enterprises in Jiangmen and even at home and abroad. The attention of the team, major groups and organizations actively responded to the call, implemented the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the 19th plenary sessions, and deepened the promotion of the employment priority strategy and the talent strategy.

Jiangmen City has held the "Professional enthusiasm Wuyi" Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition for three consecutive years. This year's competition focuses on the entrepreneurship and innovation of overseas Chinese, gathers the essence of overseas Chinese culture, taps innovative talents and enterprises, and helps overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan youths to start their own businesses. Innovative talents realize their dreams. Since the start of registration for the competition, a total of 229 entries have been received from enterprises and teams at home and abroad. After preliminary qualification review and screening by the organizing committee, a total of 142 entries entered the preliminary competition. The entries covered new media digital creativity, film and television broadcasting, Cultural and creative product design, traditional crafts, environmental experience hall, interactive games, specialty catering, leisure and entertainment, e-commerce website, professional technology, training and education, local cultural heritage, overseas Chinese cultural tourism and other industries. Among them, there are 52 enterprise group projects and 90 team group projects, which have implemented the innovation-driven development strategy, deepened the innovation cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and promoted the inheritance and development of overseas Chinese culture.

At the review site, 6 expert judges adopted the offline selection method to review the project of the enterprise group and the project of the team group, and selected innovative and high-quality entrepreneurial projects. Among the 142 participating projects, the expert judges will select 12 participating projects from the enterprise group and the team group to advance to the semi-finals.
